Beth McIntee owner of Sweetie Pie's Bakery and Niagara Jam Co.

Beth McIntee is the Owner of Sweetie Pie's Bakery and Niagara Jam Co. located in St. Catharines, Ontario. She is a proud local girl who is a baker, a small business owner, story teller, daughter, and proud aunt. 

The reason she started the sweetie pie's was because partly it was an opportunity to cement her business in Niagara which was her "home”.

She wanted to focus on the baking as she saw the opportunity in Niagara to fill a small growing market of pie makers and small bakeries.

It gave her opportunities to encourage other young women like her nieces and employees to be involved in something sustainable through self employment.

Her pies will be your new dessert addiction! 

Stop by the bakery on Fridays at 23A Hiscott St., in St. Catharines or catch them at the St. Catharines Farmer Market on Saturdays to satisfy your sweet tooth.
